Crestwood Hills Homeowners Association
Crestwood Hills homeowners who are part of this association have preferential enrollment in the Cre
stwood Hills Cooperative Nursery School. The co-op was founded by Crestwood Hills residents. We are fortunate to lease our school property from this unique organization.
Our school is privileged to be located in a very unique neighborhood, conceived some 50 years ago and developed as a cooperative, non profit membership effort to achieve a close knit architecturally homogeneous community. The Crestwood Hills Home Owners Association, (formed in 1951 as a successor to the original Mutual Housing Association) is a voluntary membership organization which, through an elected Board of Directors, is carrying on the work of community concerns, property protection and social interaction.
In addition to a directory, the Association also publishes a community newsletter, maintains an archives building at the school, sponsors social events, supports legal enforcement of architectural restrictions when necessary, and joins with other homeowners groups to monitor and protect the quality of life to which the residents are accustomed.
